Our non vehicle specific "DIY" (do-it-yourself) Rotrex based supercharger kits are meant to help you begin the process of supercharging one of the following:
J-series swapped Honda Civic, 6th - 9th generations (1998-2017) Honda Accord V6, 1999-2003 Acura TL, 2015-2020 Acura TLX V6, 1996-2003 Acura CL V6, Acura RL, Acura MDX, Acura ZDX, J-series swapped Acura Integra, J-series swapped Acura Integra Honda Prelude, Honda Ridgeline, Honda Pilot, Honda Odyssey....or a J-series based sandrail, dune buggy, boat, amphibious WaterCar, Austin Mini, etc!
We do not offer intercooler systems or pre-made fuel systems outside of the scope of our 2004 - 2014 model year Acura TL "FULL" kits but we can help you supercharge your car with a DIY approach if you own a different vehicle other than a TL.
With our "DIY" kits, you will need to:
1) Select one of 3 available models of brand new and manufacturer warrantied Rotrex C38 supercharger.
2) Select the supercharger bracket that fits your engine application (typically by engine code - but please be sure to select whether you're using a hydraulic, electric, or manual power steering rack.)
3) Plan your intercooler and fuel setup. We are happy to provide a few tips and tricks once you're in the build phase with your DIY supercharger kit - just file a support ticket!
Rotrex Supercharger Models for J-series:
C38-81 (81mm) Supercharger (capable of 550 wheel hp)
C38-92 (92mm) Supercharger (capable of 630 wheel hp)
C38R-112 (112mm) Supercharger (capable of 750 wheel hp) & requires C38R specific 10rib full replacement serpentine pulley system as listed.
Additionally, included with each supercharger purchase are the following parts:
-Rotrex supercharger pulley selection of your choice based on your target boost pressure
-Rotrex Oil Reservoir Kit-Rotrex SX150 Oil (1 Liter)
-Magnetic Inline Oil Filter
-8 Feet of Rotrex Oil Hose
*Oil cooler not included & must be chosen by customer for their application.
While it is lost by default, you are able to reinstall Air Conditioning (AC) using our AC line kit which is offered as an option on this kit above. Additionally, you will need to independantly purchase either a Treeligo (12V18CC) or Benling (DM18A7) 12v electric AC compressor. No changes are needed to the factory HVAC system other than purchasing our AC line kit and wiring up 12v power & the oem on/off trigger to it. Even if you choose not to implement AC, the vehicle will still retain cabin heat and all other functionality.
