Gerzy Bear Performance Policies
Warranty:
Rotrex supercharger head units are warrantied against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. All warranty claims are ultimately subject to approval or denial by the manufacturer, Rotrex A/S. All other warranty claims on branded merchandise must go through the respective manufacturer by providing proof of purchase to them.
Returns:
Due to the custom-made nature of our products and business, we maintain a no-returns policy. Any exceptions to this policy will be made solely at our discretion on a case-by-case basis (often referred to as "goodwill" returns). If an exception is granted, the item must be unopened and in its original, resalable condition. In such a case, the customer would be responsible for all shipping costs related to a return or a rejected return (e.g., if the item is opened, damaged, or returned without prior approval).
Wear Items:
We are never able to warranty items that naturally wear with use, such as pulley bearings, hoses, belts, etc. However, these components can often be serviced or replaced by the owner.
International Orders, Taxes, and Duties:
The customer is solely responsible for any and all international taxes, duties, tariffs, customs fees, import fees, Value-Added Tax (VAT), brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country or its customs agency for purchases. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and will not be refunded by us. By placing an international order, you agree to pay any and all such fees. If the customer refuses to pay these charges and the package is returned, any costs incurred by us (e.g., return shipping, customs fees) will be deducted from the customer's refund, and the initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
Errors and Omissions:
We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Product Use and Assumption of Risk:
Our products are often intended for off-road or racing use only. The customer acknowledges and agrees that the installation and use of performance automotive components carry inherent risks. The customer assumes all risk and liability associated with the installation, modification, and use of these products, including any damage to the vehicle, property, or personal injury that may arise from the use or misuse of the products. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
Governing Law:
This policy and any transactions are governed by the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
