Return Policy

Rotrex supercharger head units are warrantied from manufacturing defects for 1 year from date of purchase. All warranty claims are ultimately approved or denied by the manufacturer Rotrex A/S. All full & DIY style supercharger kits are custom made & non-returnable for full or partial refund. Unfortunately we are unable to warranty items which wear with use, such as pulley bearings - however, they can be serviced by the owner. Due to the custom made nature of our business and products we sell, we will only accept returns at our discretion on an order-by-order and item-by-item basis. The item must unopened and in its original condition and we must be contacted regarding the request for a return within 7 calendar days of receipt of the item by the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs as part of a return or rejected return due to being opened or damaged.
