Gerzy Bear Performance Rotrex Supercharger kits are available for all 2009-2014 Acura TL models (3.5L FWD 5AT/6AT & 3.7L SH-AWD 5AT/6AT/6MT).

There are 2 "Stages" of this kit which ship to customers within 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase.

You are viewing the specifications for a Stage 1 kit.

The Stage 1 kit is pre-configured to run at ~7 psi boost pressure on 91 through 94 octane gasoline and dyno around 410-430hp at the wheels (through a 3.7L 6 speed manual on 93 octane or higher). A 3.7L or 3.5L engine with a 5 or 6 speed automatic transmission will dyno at slightly less power and torque due higher parasitic losses associated with the heavier components inside of any automatic transmission. This kit is NOT e85 ethanol compatible due to fuel supply flow limitations. For e85 compatibility, please see the Stage 1.5 kit. Precat Deletes (any brand of your choice, excluding HFPC core style) and Ktuner are both prerequisites for this kit. After installation, a custom tune by a 4G TL tuning professional of your choice such as Derek at IMWTuned.com for remote (emailed) "eTuning" and/or his physical Dyno Tuning services in Carlisle, Pennsylvania are essential.

All of our full supercharger kits are designed to install on the Acura TL with very little modification to the vehicle aside from the trimming of some non-externally visible front bumper cover plastics.

While it is lost by default, you are able to reinstall Air Conditioning (AC) using an aftermarket Treeligo 18cc 12v electric AC compressor. No changes are needed to the factory HVAC system other than purchasing our AC line kit (https://gerzybearperformance.com/electric-air-conditioning-hose-kits.html) and wiring up 12v power & the oem on/off trigger to it. Even if you choose not to implement AC, the vehicle will still retain cabin heat and all other functionality.

Finally, we would like to mention that there are numerous benefits of going Rotrex supercharged instead of any custom turbo solution. These include, but are not limited to: no noticeable increased engine bay ambient heat, no surrounding heat soaking from boost related components, no need for meth/water injection, linear torque progression which is friendly on transmission components, no increase in exhaust backpressure which results in proper scavenging of exhaust gases and less heat propagated to the coolant system, and more.
